    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film deposition apparatus for manufacturing a device such as an organic EL light-emitting device or the like having high resolution and high productivity.SOLUTION: The film deposition apparatus includes: a mask unit 10 consisting of a mask member 11 and a frame 12 for fixing the mask member 11; and one set of an alignment mechanism provided for one set of the mask unit (10).
